Lehigh Acres, Florida (February 2, 2012 by Diann Cimring) - The next time you visit the outpatient sports and rehabilitation center at Lehigh Regional Medical Center you will be welcomed by a new, fresh sign installed this week, representing the new look.
Previously LASAR, the re-branding has simplified and modified the brand identity to better represent the services provided.
“There are so many laser treatments and procedures available today that the acronym was creating consumer confusion as to the services offered, and the design needed to be updated. The new LSR (Lehigh Regional Sports and Rehab) name and visual represents the services and treatments more appropriately, to build the brand more effectively.” Said Diann Cimring Director of Marketing at Lehigh Regional Medical Center.
The patients will receive the excellent quality of treatment and therapy as they have enjoyed in the past, with the same trained professionals taking care of their needs. LSR offers orthopedic, neurological, physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy, and treatment for swallowing disorders, as well as pulmonary rehabilitation.
Located in the same suite on the second floor of the Lehigh Medical Plaza in front of the hospital, is the Wound Care Institute, providing patients with the most technologically advanced treatments of wounds, with success rates that are consistently higher than the national averages.
LSR and the Wound Care Institute at Lehigh Regional Medical Center are located at the Lehigh Medical Plaza, Suite 2500, 1530 Le Blvd., Lehigh Acres, FL 33936 (Directly in front of the hospital).
