Radiology Medical ServicesServices

The 24 hour, 7-day a week department of Radiology performs more than 40,000 inpatient and outpatient procedures annually consisting of ambulatory services,  computed tomography (CT), nuclear medicine, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), echocardiology, emergency, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary exams.

The base of imaging equipment is substantial and is constantly being upgraded to remain cutting edge.  LRMC's radiologists and technologists represent the top of their fields.  More than 30 technologists, all hospital nursing staff, and extremely helpful support staff constitute a vital part of the department.

In addition to world-class patient care, our department has a strong comitment to the community.  If your physician orders a radiology procedure, call One Call Scheduling to make an appointment.  Diagnostic x-rays walk-ins are welcome.

As is the policy of LRMC, no exam can be performed without a physician's written request.  Special requested after hour and weekend outpatient exam times can be scheduled for your convenience.
