Patient Information
The bedside nurse is the best source of information about the patient. Your family spokeperson can call the unit desk for information on the condition of your loved one. In order to protect the privacy of our patients, no information will be given out over the phone to anyone but immediate family members.
Visiting Hours:
General visiting hours for the hospital are 10 am to 8 pm daily. Visitors are permitted after 8 pm with the permission of the House Nursing Supervisor. Two immediate family members/significant others may visit at a time. Visiting hours may be adjusted at the discretion of the Charge Nurse or Primary Nurse according to the patient's condition. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to visits patients in any unit (and in ICU children must be 14 years or order to visit patients). Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Suggested ICU (Intensive Care Unit) visiting hours are as follows:
- 10 am-10:30 am
- 12 noon-12:30 pm
- 2 pm-2:30 pm
- 5 pm-5:30 pm
- 7 pm-8 pm
ALL VISITORS TO ANY AREA OF THE HOSPITAL, MUST CHECK IN AT THE INFORMATION DESK FOR A VISITOR'S BADGE. The badge is required for patient, visitor and staff safety.
