Dear CEO and Staff,

I was in your hospital emergency room and surgery this weekend for treatment.  It was a very sad time in my life as well as my husband, but your staff made me feel comfortable, safe and reassured I was in great hands.  I have never been so impressed by everyone doctors & nurses were amazing, someone even held my hand when I was going to sleep in surgery so I would not be scared.

I had been at Lee system for hours waiting with very rude and mean people that count numbers and living breathing human creatures needing help.  My husband remembered that there was a small hospital (you) so we left after 6 hour wait and drove here.  I will never again pick the big cold impersonal facility that truly does not care if you live or die...as you are just a number in line at the Lee Memorial System.  I will recommend this place to everyone that wants to have the very best healthcare delivered with heart.  God bless all of you for caring.
