ICU Staff
Dear ICU Staff,
May the peace of Christ be with you.
On June 13, 2009 our husband, father, and grandfather, was admitted to your hospital through the emergency room. His physical recovery was not to be and he died the next day. While it has been a trying time for us, we continue to hold fast to the faith. We give thanks for his life and all that he gave to his family. We thank God as we hold fast to the love and care that he received from each person at Lehigh Regional Medical Center.
Even though we do not remember some events or the names of each doctor, nurse or caregiver, we do remember it was Lorraine and Roman and then David when we came into ICU. Whether we remember all the names or not, we remember the faces and concern that we encountered from each and every person. We also remember the dignity with which you allowed our husband and father to die.
As we continue our journey we want to commend you for your kindness, concern, and professionalism. You are great and your hospital is par excellence.
We pray that God will return to each of you "100-fold" the blessings you have so generously bestowed on our family. We thank God for every remembrance of you.
