May 11, 2009-Good morning! I just wanted to send an e-mail complimenting one of your employees, Tara Henderson.  My husband recently had back surgery and is now in the process of beginning physical therapy.  In trying to decide where to go, what to expect, etc. Tara was extrmely helpful in guiding us in the right direction.  She helped set our minds at ease as she is more than aware of the many steps my husband has had to take to get to this point.  Tara called your office for us, explained the situation and really got the ball rolling.  Within the hour, my husband was scheduled for therapy befinning today, monday, May 11th, 2009.  I just wanted all of you to know how much we appreciate you and your services; and a special thanks goes out to Tara!!
