We, in our world today, are too easy to criticize someone who does not respond to a request that we may ask them to do, even though they may not be able to fulfill our request.
But, when someone goes above and beyond the norm, and takes that extra step to satisfy one's request within their abilities, I believe, "that someone", should be recognized by superiors for what had been done to make my wife's stay at the hospital, a pleasant experience.
Tammy Brumfield, a nurse on the 2nd floor, certainly exemplified what we all hope and anticipate upon our stay at the hospital.
