To whom it may concern

I just wanted to write this letter to inform you of one of your employees.  I came in to the ER today with a family member.  And upon our arrival, there was a Spanish girl sitting there.  She greeted us with a beautiful smile and warm welcome.  She was so busy checking in everyone.  There were several people waiting to check in.  And that girl took charge.  I thought those people would be waiting forever to check in.  That girl gave paperwork and clip boards to get them signed in.  I mean that girl knows what she is doing.  I have been to this hospital before and I think she is the best girl you have there.  Very friendly, great customer service.  And I have never seen someone work so well under so much pressure.

I just wanted to write this letter because it's not often you hear about the good.  People these days only see the bad, so I thought you should know that she is a great worker.
