To whom it may concern,

I was a patient on the third floor at Lehigh Regional Medical Center last week and wish to express my appreciation for the fine care I received.

My needs were met promptly and completely.  All the nursing staff were good but most of my contacts were with Carmela, RN and Bibi, Tech.  They were the greatest.   Thank you!
