Job Description
Develops, organizes, implements, and maintains an education program that will meet the requirements of the accrediting agency, federal, and state agencies, the hospital and all hospital staff.
Requirements
Have at least three years experience in acute care, education experience preferred. Professional experience that encompasses broad and thorough knowledge of patient care skills. Ability to evaluate an individual’s educational and learning needs. Current Florida RN licensure. Bachelor degree preferred. Current AHA BLS and ACLS. AHA BLS instructor preferred. Knowledge of theories of adult Learning and Education desirable. Need to be available to work days, evening, nights and holidays. Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills.
